What is Insert Nut?

After-molding Insert Use it after molding.	Expansion System 1. Place insert on set position. 2. Push insert into a resin hole. 3. Press down the extend board. by a tool called “Punch.” ※For 2 and 3, use punch.
	Press Fit 1. Place insert on set position. 2. Push insert into a resin hole. 3. Complete. ※For 2, use punch.
	Thermal Deposition 1. Place insert on set position. 2. Give heat on the top of insert. 3. Press down insert till stop. ※For 2 and 3, use deposition machines.
Molding Insert Use it in conjunction with molding.	1. Set insert at molding pin. 2. Pour plastic Size of molding pin Look at the “resin hole inner-diameter table.”
